Sponsorship and Management

This Promotion is conducted by HPi/Homecare Products, Inc.dba EZ-ACCESS, located at 1002 15th St SW, Suite 218. Auburn, WA 98001-6591.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old. EZ-ACCESS reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, and to terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 6:45 PM CT on July 12, 2024, and ends at 5:00 PM CT on Oct 20, 2024.

Entry Method

Participants can enter by scanning a QR code displayed in the ADA section or on the big screen at the Professional Bull Riders, LLC events. Participation in a trivia game is required to be eligible to win a gift card. Entrants are allowed (1) entry and must provide contact information to qualify for the giveaway.

Prize Drawing

A $500 Visa Gift Card will be awarded. The drawing will occur one business day after the event on Oct 21, 2024. Winners are not required to be present to win and will be notified via the email address provided. Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours; of drawing; unclaimed prizes will result in forfeiture.

Prize Details

Prizes are non-transferable. All applicable taxes on any prize are the winner's sole responsibility. If contact information is not valid, it will void the giveaway entry. No new entries will be accepted after the end of the Promotion period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
