Both ramps share similar core features, like lightweight, weather-resistant aluminum construction, a two-piece portable design, and slip-resistant surfaces, but the HD version adds extra strength, a more robust tread, and features like an extended top lip for improved stability.

We recommend choosing a TRAVERSE™ Curb Plate when you only need to overcome a small vertical rise, such as a low threshold, curb, or single step, rather than bridging a larger height. Our curb plate is designed for rises up to about 5-3/4 inches and is a compact, single-piece solution that can be set in place instantly with no setup required. If your shed threshold is higher or requires a gradual incline for wheeled equipment, a portable storage ramp is the better option.
