Employee Spotlight: Giving Thanks for Our Incredible Team at EZ-ACCESS®

As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re taking a moment to express our gratitude for the dedicated and passionate individuals who make up the EZ-ACCESS® family. These employees embody the heart of our organization, bringing unwavering commitment, warmth, and support to both their roles and their coworkers. Today, we’re thrilled to highlight three team members who exemplify what it means to be part of our EZ-ACCESS family: Karen, Liana, and Dave. Their unique journeys and contributions remind us why we’re so thankful to work alongside such remarkable people.

Karen A. – Human Resources Manager (19 Years)

Karen has been with EZ-ACCESS for nearly two decades, and her role as Human Resources Manager has been nothing short of rewarding. Her time here is filled with cherished memories, from company picnics with inflatable waterslides to heartwarming moments supporting the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. For Karen, it’s all about making a positive impact on her coworkers' lives and ensuring every team member feels valued.

“I love the opportunity to make the employees' working lives better,” Karen shared. Her dedication extends beyond work, as she’s a regular volunteer in community outreach, often participating in the Auburn Veterans Day Parade. Karen’s commitment to honoring veterans stems from her family’s own deep ties to military service. “We are all family,” she says, a sentiment that beautifully captures her impact on our team.

Liana R. – Operations Integrations Specialist (18 Years)

With an impressive career journey at EZ-ACCESS that began in receiving and progressed through several roles, Liana’s story is one of growth, resilience, and friendship. Describing her experience as appreciated, she notes how EZ-ACCESS has continually provided her with the support and encouragement to step outside her comfort zone and embrace new challenges.

One of her most memorable experiences was the company’s support during a difficult time in her life. After the passing of her brother Sean, who also worked at EZ-ACCESS, Liana felt the full support of her team, who attended his Celebration of Life to honor his memory. Liana’s advice to new employees is simple but impactful: “Ask all of the questions.” For her, the willingness of coworkers to lend a helping hand is what makes EZ-ACCESS such a supportive and caring place to work.

Dave R. – Director of Procurement (15 Years)

For Dave, working at EZ-ACCESS is not only rewarding but a source of great pride. His role in ensuring products reach those who need them is enriched by the company’s close-knit, family-oriented culture. Some of his favorite memories include go-kart races and friendly bets with the CEO—proof that EZ-ACCESS knows how to make work fun.

Over the years, Dave has seen the company go the extra mile to support employees, whether after the loss of a family member or by providing second chances. This culture of empathy and support is part of what makes EZ-ACCESS a uniquely enriching place to work. “Knowing what we do makes a difference in so many lives” is what motivates Dave, and it’s a sentiment we’re all thankful to share.

This Thanksgiving season, we’re grateful for team members like Karen, Liana, and Dave, who bring their hearts to work each day, helping to make EZ-ACCESS a family that uplifts one another. Thank you to each of you for making this a place of kindness, resilience, and support—qualities that inspire us all year long.
